Arda Itez National Director of Education A 21 year veteran of the beauty industry, Arda Itez has been a trail blazer in the development and growth of Lakme throughout the United States. Arda’s extensive experience behind the chair specializing in corrective color combined with a career history in film and television, and as Director of Education for Artec Systems of NJ and NY, make her one of the most dynamic and motivating presenters in the beauty industry. A graduate of DePasquale’s own Artistic Academy, and as the leader of Lakme USA’s Educational Team, Arda’s gratification comes from the heightened success that the Lakme brand brings to distributors and salons throughout the country. Her philosophy is to “educate stylists on how to do better for their clients which in turn allows them to do better for themselves”.

Denise Mackrell DePasquale Companies , NJ Denise Mackrell , a 24 year beauty industry professional, is the Director of Education at the prestigious Joseph Anthony Retreat Spa and Salon in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. A former Framesi educator, Denise has been featured in BE, Main Line Today and Delaware Today magazines as well on Philadelphia’s 10 Show and ABC. She is also a stylist to the Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders. When Denise is not behind the chair, she brings her passion and dedication to Lakme’s educational team- sharing her knowledge and expertise with salons in the tri state area.

Jamez Smith DePasquale Companies , NJ Inspired by creative self expression, James "Jamez" Smith has moved through ranks of  junior stylist to Lead Senior Stylist and the Director of Color Education at the AnBrea’s Beauty Salon. As a stylist for 10+ years, he brings a tremendous level of enthusiasm and flair to the Lakme USA team.  A master of precision and free form cutting and  fashion forward hair coloring, he is definitely one of Philadelphia’s best kept secrets. Jamez has created looks for celebrities such as House music Legend Crystal Waters, Actress Rosario Dawson, Singer Song Writer Keri Hilson, Actress Sheryl Lee Ralph,  B.E.T’s Sunday Best 2^nd Season Winner Y’anna Crawly and NBC 10’s Lead Anchor Woman Lori Wilson.

Laura Young Beauty Revolution - California Laura Young has been a color specialist for over 20 years and has traveled extensively as an international haircolor platform artist, worked with top color designers and helped develop some of the most successful education formats in the business, all while maintaining an active clientele. Laura’s wide range of experience and knowledge makes her a tremendous asset to the Lakme USA educational team  

Ashlie Sampson Beauty Revolution - California Since 2006 Ashlie Sampson has worked in various capacities in the beauty industry. Trained at a Paul Mitchell focus salon, she has been involved with many editorial photo shoots, lead hair for fashion shows, produced beautiful bridal parties, and has even has even had her work featured on a reality television show. Her true passion is color and Lakme USA has contributed to the growth of her artistry!  

Gary Palmer Innovative Spa and Salon Solutions- Missouri Gary began his career at Westham College of Fashion in London, England. After receiving his certification, he went immediately to work at world-renowned Daniel Galvin, located in London’s prestigious West End. In 1985, Gary brought his considerable talents to the United States. Opening his own salon in 1992, gary palmer, a hair salon soon gained a great reputation as one of the top salons in the St. Louis area. Gary’s personal educational program launched the careers of many of today’s most talented stylists. Gary continued his own education by attending Sassoon and Toni & Guy Academies on a regular basis. In 1999, he returned to his hairstyling roots, London, where he managed Faltricks, a group of three internationally known salons. In 2002, Gary brought his family back to St. Louis, where he Continued his career as a stylist and educator for L’Oreal Professionnel. He has now joined Lakme USA’s team of educators and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience.  

Lauren Carey Innovative Spa and Salon Solutions - Missouri Lauren Carey is a graduate of Paul Mitchell the School, and is currently employed as a full time stylist with Rio Salon in Parkville, Missouri. Lauren has been using Lakmē products and color since 2010, and has recently joined Lakmē USA’s team of educators. Fashion shows, beauty fundraisers, and charity events are a few of the projects Lauren has recently participated in. She loves being able to give back to her community and is always enthusiastic when it comes to learning new color and cutting techniques. Lauren is excited about being a part of the Lakme team and looks forward to new experiences in this ever evolving industry.

Eugene Caswellowner / operator of Hairstyles By Eugene in Plano Eugene Caswell is the owner / operator of Hairstyles By Eugene in Plano , Texas. A stylist since 1986, and using Lakme products for ten years, he's been an artist his entire life. Behind the chair, he creates beautiful hair that fits every individual and his favorite mediums are Lakme Collage and Gloss. His passion for education began in 1991 as one of Joicos first color educators receiving training from the creator of the color line, who remains a personal friend to this day. Eugene especially enjoys being part of the Lakme team as he often states that "Lakme is the finest color ever produced in the world."

Cassie Fazzino DePasquale Companies, New Jersey Cassie Fazzino, in the industry for 8 years, is a full time stylist at Jobella Downtown Salon and Spa in New Haven, CT. She has done work for various bridal parties, local television, shows and events, as well as fashion shows and New York fashion week. Even though she loves all aspects of being a stylist, color is her true passion. Cassie feels that being a member of the Lakme USA team and sharing her passion and knowledge with industry peers through education is an honor that she not only hopes will help them to grow, but her to grow as well in her ever evolving career.

Melonnie Gebler Aqua Beauty Line - Dania Beach, Florida Melonnie Gebler has had the pleasure of working in the Hollywood/ Fort Lauderdale Florida area for the last 9 years. As well as cosmetology school, Melonnie graduated from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale with a Degree in Fashion Design. She has done work in many professional environments including image consulting, make-up applications, runway show production, as well as TV, Film, and print editorials. She currently works as a salon consultant, as well as an Educator with Aqua Beauty Line for Lakme USA.

Diego Quint Aqua Beauty Line - Dania Beach, Florida Diego Quint is an industry leader in creative styling, healthy hair management and beauty. Having worked alongside some of the top stylists in the business, Diego has been a dominant force in hair design since he began his career at age fourteen in Buenos Aires, Argentina. His unique vision led him to work with the most famous representatives of beauty in Argentina, Italy and United States. Diego has worked nationwide in top salons and styling on-set for magazines shoots, fashion shows and television. He’s happy to be part of the Lakme USA Educational team and share his knowledge and passion with others in the industry.

Carolina Acosta Aqua Beauty Line - Dania Beach, Florida Carolina Acosta has been in the beauty industry for over a decade being recognized for her solid work ethic, respectful approach and commitment to technical growth . Carolina was always inspired by artists who had a strong passion for the industry and enjoyed sharing their talents with others- this led her to advanced education that developed her precision and technical skills. As a Lakme USA educator, she continuously attends advanced training to learn the latest techniques in the art of hair and coloring.

David Tinoco Aqua Beauty Line - Dania Beach, Florida David Tinoco has been in the beauty industry for 14 years. He started in Bogota Colombia at the Pivot Point Academy for Stylists in 1998 and completed his Cosmetology License in 2000. Since then, he has gone on to complete a degree in website design with a specialty in Business Management. David has also won several international color awards and has been recognized as a Master Colorist and Extensionist. He now owns and operates a successful, fast-paced beautiful salon in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and is educating with Lakme Haircolor.

Marissa Kellner DePasquale Companies Marissa brings her style and innovation to Aneeta Li Salon in West Hartford, CT. A graduate of North Haven Academy, a Paul Mitchell partner school, she loves all things hair but her true passion lies with color. A tremendous advocate for continuing education, Marissa is always in step with the latest techniques and trends. She is excited to share her knowledge with her peers about all things Lakme.
