QAfter applying a Collage color the gray hair has not been covered correctly?ABefore preparing the mixture, the percentage of gray hair must be evaluated correctly and the appropriate Neutral series added in the same percentage as the percentage of gray.

QAfter applying a 6/59 (Dark Blonde, Mahogany Intense Red), the gray hair has become transparent red?AWhen applying a color to gray hair it is important to mix in a ratio of the appropriate neutral series proportionate to the percentage of gray hair present. If not, the gray hair may not cover and will take on the Lakme tone of the color selected.

QWhat neutral series are available in Collage?A/00, for a slightly cool coverage result, /00+ for resistant gray hair, and /06 for a slightly warmer coverage result. All are neutrals and will cover gray.

QWhat is the processing time for Collage color?AThe processing time for all Collage color, with the exception of Collage Clair, is 30 minutes. Collage Clair is 45 minutes.

QI have applied Redmotion 0/99 at a level 5 and the intense red can not be seen?AThe red contrast tones obtained with Redmotioin provide visible results in virgin hair. A less intense result may be obtained on previously colored hair.

QCan Redmotion colors be mixed with Collage colors to intensive reds and coppers?AYes, start by adding Redmotion in a 1/4 Redmotion, 3/4 Collage color ratio. You can increase from there as desired.

QI have used the Collage Clair and the results where not as expected?ARemember that Collage Clair is designed to be used on a natural level 7 or lighter. This is because the lightening power is 4 or 5 levels.
